What data we collect
- Waitlist: e-mail, name (if provided), whether it's for you or for your business, business name and industry (if applicable), and whether you want to test the beta version.
- Contact: name, e-mail, subject and the message you send.
- Reader account (news portal): name and e-mail. If you sign in with e-mail and password, the password is stored only as a hash (a scrambled version that cannot be reversed), managed by the login system; if you sign in with Google or LinkedIn, we receive your name, e-mail and profile photo from them. We also store the date you accepted these terms.
- Comments: the text you post on articles, linked to your account. Published comments are visible to everyone with your name.
- Technical logs: access data kept by the server (such as IP address and date), for the period required by Brazil's Internet Civil Framework (Marco Civil da Internet).
- Page-view counting: aggregate numbers only (how many times each page was viewed per day and where the visit came from), without cookies and without anything that identifies who visited.
Cookies and browser storage
- Login session: a cookie that keeps you signed in. It only exists while you're signed in to your account.
- Language (kp_idioma): a cookie that remembers the language you chose for the website.
- Local storage (localStorage): stores in your browser that you dismissed the language suggestion banner and, in the games, your high score and sound preference. None of this is sent to us.
We don't use tracking cookies or advertising tools, and we don't sell or share data with third parties for marketing.
What we use it for
To let you know about the beta test and the launch, reply to messages, maintain your reader account and your comments, and, for businesses, understand who wants to accept crypto.
Who we share it with
Only with providers that keep the website running: hosting and the e-mail delivery service. They process the data only for that purpose.
How long we keep it
For as long as the waitlist makes sense or until you ask to be removed. Contact messages, for as long as needed to reply. Reader accounts and comments, for as long as the account exists or until you ask for deletion.
Your rights (LGPD)
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data and leave the list at any time, through the contact page or by replying to any of our e-mails.
The wallet
When the wallet launches, it will have its own policy. The principle is already set: your recovery phrase and private keys stay only on your device and never reach our servers.
